Dennis & Terri Taylor

Dennis and Terri joined the Poplar Springs staff as Life Group Coordinators in the summer of 2025. Married since 1988, Dennis spent his career as a mechanical engineer, while Terri served as a math teacher and also homeschooled their two daughters through their middle school years. Terri grew up going to Poplar Springs Church and the Taylor’s made this their church home again in 2020.

Together, Dennis and Terri have faithfully served in the church for most of their lives in a wide variety of roles, including ministry with youth, adults, and married couples. They have been actively involved in Life Groups for nearly 20 years and are passionate about helping people grow in their faith through meaningful community.

In June 2022, Terri launched the Prayer Team at Poplar Springs, and today both Dennis and Terri continue to serve as active facilitators and prayer partners. Outside of ministry, they enjoy all things outdoors and love camping with friends.
